Inspiration and commitment
Our school founded in 1997, with an uninterrupted evolution and commited teaching trajectory, certified by Yoga Alliance in 200h and 500h teaching programmes.

Javier Castro
I found the Yoga path 30 years ago and I have been walking on it ever since, tirelessly and with complete dedication. At a very young age I obtained a scholarship to study at the Ashram Monastery of the Siddha Yoga Tradition in India where I spent 4 years studying Meditation, Vedanta Philosophy, Kashmir Shivaism, under the guidance of my Guru Gurumayi Chidvilasananda and the other scholars of this profound mystical tradition.
I studied Ashtanga Vinyasa in Mysore, India with Sri Patthabi Jois and have continued to teach various disciplines such as intensive and progressive Vinyasa ever since.
Inspired by Anusara and Iyengar Yoga tradition, I have been teaching continuously for the last 30 years of my life.
The Yoga Shala - Pure oxigen
Located in the heart of Marbella and surrounded by beautiful gardens, it is the perfect place to enjoy a serene atmosphere of pure peace. A large room with large windows and ecological wooden floors giving it an optimal temperature; warm in winter and cool in summer. Swallows enjoy yoga afternoons dancing with us among the rose bushes in our delightful indoor garden.
Yogashala Institute Marbella is a place of personal growth where you can learn and practice the ancient art of Yoga.

TOMAS TEALDI
Rocket and Ashtanga Yoga teacher, I was introduced to yoga at a very young age by my mother and 7 years ago, the investigation of both the body and mind, as well as its benefits, led me to undertake my training in which I found physical fitness and health and inner peace. Since then and through my practice and teaching, I live with greater awareness, experience increased energy and greater flexibility in my postures. As a teacher I go deeply into the asanas, it gives me joy to teach and walk with others on a path that I consider so good to awaken the inner potential. Everyone has the tools to live more joyfully, connected with others and to have good relationship with oneself as a basis for relationships with others.

As an teacher Ashtanga, Rocket and Ashtanga Research, I was introduced to yoga 30 years ago through some early yoga videos in the West. Soon after I started participating Hatha Yoga, wanting to connect with myself and to feel the taste of wellbeing on all levels. I did the training 5 years ago and since then every day I learn more about myself and my mind, get more in touch with myself, build confidence in my abilities and deepen my strengths. I am more aware of my body to avoid injuries, I learn more every day about how my body and mind work and I develop more connection with the divinity that is within each one of us.

Vinyasa flow yoga teacher, on a path of searching for myself I came to yoga at a time in my life when I didn't quite feel myself. And up to this day it is still helping me to find myself.
Every day I learn more about myself, get more in touch with myself, building confidence and become more aware of my mind and body. It makes me ask questions I never used to ask myself before.
In general, I am looking for well-being, not only for myself, but also for the people who come to my classes.

I have been in love with yoga for 20 years, just like faithful friends who have not seen each other for a long time and when they meet again, it seems as if they have not been apart for a second, I took up the practice again after years of dedicating myself to my profession as a lawyer and my family. When I went back to the yoga centre and met my old and only teacher, Javier Castro, I knew that I would never leave the practice in the background again. In it I found my true essence, my natural state and my being.
I trained as a RYT 500hr teacher at Yogashala Institute, and discovered my true passion, transmitting this discipline what unifies body, soul and mind.

Profesora de Yoga Flow con elementos, conocí el yoga hace unos 20 años. La sensación de bienestar, me llevó a realizar la formación en la cuál encontré beneficios como una mejor aptitud física y mental, vivir con mayor conciencia adquiriendo mayor flexibilidad y mejor perfeccionando las posturas. Ahora soy más consciente de mi cuerpo para evitar lesiones, lo que me lleva a un gran bienestar físico y mental, el cual es el objetivo para mis alumnos. Llevo 8 años desde que terminé la formación de Yoga. Colaboro en las formaciones de 200 y de 500 h.

Yoga teacher based on the Iyengar method, I teach classes at Yogashala on the Fundamentals of Asana. Through awareness and use of elements, we seek to better understand the structure that supports the asana. I was introduced to yoga more than 15 years ago on a trip to India.
From that daily and very deep practice, I experienced so many benefits that I also sought to deepen my training through various yoga trainings, the first one in India.
Since then I walk with the students to awaken their potential, so that each one has the tools to live with more joy, to be connected with others and to have a good relationship with oneself and others.

Conocí el yoga hace 7 años de forma autodidacta donde también conocí el Hatha Yoga,Ashtanga Yoga, Acroyoga,entre otros tipos de yoga experimentando un bienestar fisico y mental por lo que se convirtió en una filosofia de vida y pasión.
Desde entonces comenzó una superación diaria conmigo misma viendo resultados positivos dentro y fuera del mat. Por lo que decidí profundizar en conocimientos para evitar lesiones y en la búsqueda interior en el mundo del yoga y terminé formandome como profesora de RYT200hr y siguiendo el camino sumando conocimientos de RYT500hr.
Como profesora acompaño a través de una práctica gentil , enriquecedora cuerpo-mente con motivación y dinamismo desde la sensibilidad al ritmo suave y respiración consciente con un enfoque de respeto al espacio y tiempo del alumno.
Compartiendo a través de la práctica la enseñanza sobre un estado emocional de presencia, cultivación y consciencia del potencial de uno mismo con alegría,sencillez, amor y pasión por todo aquello que haces. Colaboro en las formaciones de 200 y de 500 h.
